The majority of the properties we manage are residential apartment buildings and town homes. Most buildings have an on-site resident manager who oversees the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, compliance with rules and regulations, and perform minor maintenance tasks. Service orders are handled expeditiously by our own maintenance crew.

Single-Family Homes and Condominiums
Our clients include owners of single-family homes and individual condominium residences who contract with us to lease units. While there is not an on-site resident manager, we maintain close relationships with our residents to ensure their homes are well-maintained. Periodic inspections are performed to assess the structural integrity of the property. We often perform landscaping services for single-family homes.

We provide our homeowner associations with all services necessary to operate a successful association including association management, financial and accounting services, and maintenance. We assist the board in managing the activities and decisions of the association. Maintenance and landscaping is ordinarily performed by our own crew. We are uniquely equipped to carry out maintenance jobs including repairs, painting, plumbing, landscaping, and performing emergency services.
